To withdraw funds accumulated on the User account with kantor.pl, you first need to define a bank account in the currency in which the funds are to be disbursed. The User may withdraw their funds available on the account anytime in line with the procedure below.
The withdrawal of funds should commence from the “withdraw funds" tab located in the side menu of the Trading Panel.
Before accepting the withdrawal, the User must select its parameters. Completion of the fields required to perform a withdrawal is visualised through the box colour of the “submit" button changing from black to red. First, select the currency you want to withdraw. You can only select from the currencies held on the User account.
Then, the User should select the bank account to which they want to transfer the funds to be withdrawn. The account must be a User account defined under the “bank accounts" tab.
The User may enter a custom transfer title by modifying the “transfer title" field. If the User fails to define the field, the title of the transfer will be attributed automatically by kantor.pl.
Under the TopTransfer service, which includes banks where kantor.pl holds accounts (bank accounts of kantor.pl), withdrawal must be over PLN 50 or 20 units of the foreign currency and the User will not be charged with transaction costs.
If the withdrawal of funds is performed under the OneDay+ service or if the withdrawal amount is below PLN 50 or 20 currency units, the User may be charged with the costs of the transfer. The debit amount and any fees are notified to the User in a message preceding acceptance of the withdrawal of funds in the trading panel.
When the above parameters are selected, the User must provide the amount to be withdrawn. The selection field is automatically populated with the maximum amount available in the specific currency.
It is also possible to withdraw a smaller amount than that available on the User account. In order to indicate the amount to be withdrawn, select the “I want to enter a different amount for withdrawal" option. The option should also be selected when withdrawing different amounts in different currencies to a number of bank accounts, or when the User wants to keep some of the funds on the User account with kantor.pl.
When the “I want to enter a different amount for withdrawal" option is selected, the box colour of the “amount to be withdrawn" field changes from black to red, and the User may then enter any amount in the field that is not higher than the amount of funds available on the account.
When you click “submit", the funds are withdrawn from kantor.pl, however a withdrawal order made outside the business hours of kantor.pl will be executed only on the following business day. The following message is displayed to the User to confirm the withdrawal order.
The User can check the transaction status anytime by selecting the “transaction history" tab in the Trading Panel.
The last step in the transaction is the transfer of funds by kantor.pl to the bank account indicated by the User. A confirmation of the withdrawal operation is an automatically sent e-mail message.
The funds will be credited to the User’s bank account depending on the bank in which the account is kept. This may take from seconds to days, up to 3 business days maximum. As a general rule, a withdrawal ordered outside the business hours of kantor.pl is executed on the following business day, which may additionally extend the funds crediting time.
